Overview Tab Archive is a Chrome extension that saves your open browser tabs to a Google Sheet in your own Google account. We do not operate any servers, collect any data, or have access to your information.

Data We Access Tab Archive accesses the following data solely to provide its core functionality:

• Open tab titles and URLs — read locally in your browser to populate the save list. Never transmitted to any server other than the services listed below.

• Google account email — used only to name your spreadsheet (e.g. "Tab Archive - you@gmail.com"). Not stored by us.

• Google Sheets — tab data is written directly to a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. We have no access to this data.

• Gemini API — tab titles and URLs are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate categories and descriptions. This is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Data Storage Your Gemini API key and spreadsheet ID are stored locally in Chrome's sync storage, tied to your Chrome profile. This data never leaves your browser except as required by the Google APIs above.

Third-Party Services Tab Archive uses the following Google services, each governed by Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy):

• Google Sheets API

• Google Drive API

• Google OAuth

• Gemini API
